Op die manier wordt VPaQ de enige, officiële partner van Flowserve voor pompen in heel België.

Sterke groei en diepgaande kennis

Als expert in de installatie van industriële pompen en pomprevisies, helpt VPaQ sinds 2017 klanten aan de geschikte pomp voor hun industriële toepassingen. VPaQ bevindt zich in Roeselare, het industriecentrum van Vlaanderen en rekent dus op een zeer interessante uitvalsbasis. En dat was voelbaar toen VPaQ zo snel groeide. “Dat is deels te danken aan de groep Callewaert Industries. Want na de uitwerking van constructie- of pipingwerk, hebben we een rechtstreekse entree om ook verantwoordelijk te zijn voor de industriële pompen en pomprevisies van onze klanten”, vertelt Gino. Ondertussen zijn de pompen van VPaQ geïntegreerd in verschillende industrieën en domeinen. “Een sterkte van VPaQ is ongetwijfeld de kennis en afhandeltijd. Wanneer een klant nood heeft aan een nieuwe pomp of als er een pomp het begeeft, dan moeten we snel schakelen. Flowserve is één van de grootste internationale spelers in de pompenindustrie en had tot een maand terug nog geen Belgische partner. Om te garanderen dat ze die piekfijne service ook in België en zeker in Vlaanderen konden leveren, nam ik contact op met hen voor een samenwerking. Want daar zat tot op vandaag nog een enorm onontgonnen potentieel”, gaat Gino verder.

Flowserve ziet potentieel in VPaQ

En zo geschiedde. VPaQ werd gescreend én goedgekeurd door Flowserve. Op vandaag rekent Flowserve dus op het voltallige team van VPaQ voor de installatie en revisie van Flowserve pompen en al hun toepassingen. “Wij willen eigenlijk onze klanten zo goed mogelijk helpen”, vertelt Gino. “Als Authorized Distributor Partner van Flowserve, zal dat nu nog beter lukken”.

Unieke testbank

Flowserve kiest daarom ook volop voor de kennis van VPaQ inzake pomprevisies. “Wij beschikken over een volautomatische testbank waarmee we moeiteloos bijna alle pompen van de industrie kunnen testen”, gaat Gino trots door. “Die hebben wij helemaal zelf ontwikkeld, waardoor we onze klanten van het beste materiaal voorzien. Via de Flowserve tools zullen wij nu ook de Flowserve klanten extra kunnen ondersteunen met onze expertise”, sluit Gino af.

Strong growth and in-depth knowledge

An expert in the installation of industrial pumps and pump overhauls, VPaQ has been helping customers find the right pump for their industrial applications since 2017. Located in Roeselare, the industrial centre of Flanders, VPaQ relies on a very interesting base of operations. And that was noticeable when VPaQ grew so quickly. "That is partly thanks to the Callewaert Industries group. Following the development of construction or piping work, we have a direct landing to also be responsible for our customers' industrial pumps and pump overhauls", says Gino. Meanwhile, VPaQ's pumps have been integrated into various industries and fields. "A strength of VPaQ is undoubtedly its knowledge and processing time. Flowserve is one of the biggest international players in the pump industry and until a month ago it did not have a Belgian partner. And so it happened. VPaQ was vetted and approved by Flowserve. So today, Flowserve relies on VPaQ's entire team for the installation and overhaul of Flowserve pumps and all their applications. "We actually want to help our customers the best we can", says Gino. "As an Authorized Distributor Partner of Flowserve, we will now be able to do that even better".

Unique test bench

Flowserve also opts for VPaQ's expertise in pump overhauls, therefore. “We have a fully automatic test bench that enables us to effortlessly test almost all pumps in the industry", Gino continues proudly. "We have developed these entirely in-house, providing our customers with the best equipment. Through the Flowserve tools, we will now also be able to additionally support Flowserve customers with our expertise", Gino concludes.
